It’s necessary for individuals or corporations to think before writing or deleting something from social media sites because it can damage your reputation and relationship with your customers. Social media strategists advise organizations not to delete negative comments because all customers, employees, and associates should be heard. It looks bad as a business to silence your customers instead of doing the proper investigation and taking accountability where it is warranted. It’s that simple.
